本文对全国各省、市、自治区(除台湾省外)进行了偏头痛流行病学调查,按随机或选点抽样3,837,597人。共查出患者37,808例,患病率为985,2/10万,发病率为79,7/10万。内陆高原为我国高患病地带,中南沿海省市患病率低。男女之比为1:4。25～29岁患病率最高(1927·4/10万),10岁以下最低(42.6/10万)。北方内陆地区于夏季头痛发作频率最高,而南方地区以春季最高。
